I know about John's book and can't wait for mine to come but I was wondering if there were any others that I could at my local Libary. Thanks for the help..

Bronchick's Flipping Properties has a section on subject to, in addition to other topics. It is a good beginning book, to get people educated in a lot of topics. Of course, his AREF course is a LOT more expensive, and is a lot more in depth.

I got best results from John's book. It comes quick and is easy to follow.

I would get my attorney set up to review the documents in the book for your local law, and set up some low equity sellers.

You will be ready to go in a day and a half after John' s sub to book gets there.

I do NOT know about John's book, but I'd like to! Where is this selling? I've looked on the site but haven't found it. Thanks!
