Is it possible to purchase "subject to" when the lady has her house listed with an agent. The agent wants their commission? Is there a way to do this that makes everybody happy.

The agent says that she cannot go lower than 129k because no equity and she doesn't have money to pay out of her pocket fo closing and commission fees.
