2 Questions From Atlanta? Subject 2 Seller Said
he would deed this property to me ($5k in repairs-current mortgage-he is moving on to to bigger properties). he requested $5,000 down and i pay the $30 to change deed. current note is $812 mo. and rent in this area is around the same. sell price is loan balance of $93k-appraisal is $120k.
does this sound like a deal?
I DO NOT have $5k to give him! Any suggestions?
The 3 bedroom 3 bath home is good condition.
