Will A Lender Extend The Foreclosure Date?
I'm a new investor considering my very first deal but the property goes to foreclosure in 2 weeks. If I go with the short sale to the lender, will they stop the foreclosure or at least extend the date or will I have to make the deal happen in the 2 weeks?
If your Proposal is compelling... and supported by irrefutable market data, they might agree to adjourn the sale.
