What Estimates Should I Submit To Bank?
Should I submit improvements to the house as a repair. For example the windows in the house are original ( 40 Years old and drafty ) . Should I get a estimate to replace them and send that as a repair. How about an outdated kitchen with old metal cabinets .
What kind of things will help my case in helping the bank allow a low offer.

Include as many legitimate repair estimates as are required to bring the house up to marketable condition.
Structural repairs, repairs to fix building code violations, and repairs required to keep the house from deteriorating or sustaining additional damage will have heavier bearing. Superficial repairs are less important.
