    Thanks... for what type of loan, and does WF service this loan for an investor, or is it owned by WF?

    For example, loss mit for an FHA insured loan might be different than a loan owned by State Street and simply serviced by WF.

    The number I have been using for WF FHA is 800-551-9808 and request someone in compromise sale department.
