Wells Fargo Loss Mitigation
Does anyone have the phone # for Wells Fargo loss mitigation dept?
My house is facing foreclosure but I now have an offer on the house but will not cover both 1st and 2nd mortgages. Wells fargo holds the 2nd mtg for 36000. I'm hoping they (Wells Fargo) will accept $28000 to prevent foreclosure and allow me to sell.
Does anyone have the phone # or any suggestions to help?

If the first if foreclosing wells fargo will most likely really want to deal.. something is better than nothing right? I think it will be pretty easy to talk them into taking 28k.
I'm in the process of negotiating a short sale with them for a house I want to purchase and so far they have been pretty friendly and helpful.

There are such companies that will help you through Loss Mitigation Process. They acutally do the negotiating for you and help you save your mortgage. There usually is a fee but it is well wort it. www.USHomesaver.com is one of them...
