Urgent! Help!! Starting Out With Legrand. What Ads To Use

New_investor profile photo

(please don't erase my post) hello. i'm have been using legrand's mods here in troy michigan for a few months. i have been running an ad in the local paper (major paper) i am on a tight budjet and the ads are costing me a lot money with very very small results(it reads i buy houses CASH any condition any area and phone my number, i changed the ad as well but i still only get about one or two calls a week) i run it in a major paper, and i just dont understand why no one is calling. to keep it short, i am very excited about the investment business, but i just want to make sure that i am spending my money in the right places. on top of that my wife is getting on my case about why i am spending so much money and getting no deals. i need results and i need them fast. if anyone can help me with a very cheap, but BUT EFFECTIVE, way to generate quality leads for the pretty house business i would be most appreciative. please help a fellow investor get started. i can see the tremendous potential and wealth in this business, i just need help getting to that first deal. thanks and please reply today

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I would suggest that since you are new and want to make freinds as opposed to enemies that you delete 5 of your threads which are worded EXACTLY the same.

Just leave one up you will get your answers.

I think you are getting the results you should expect. The gurus aren't just giving those techniques to you and only you. Everybody who wants to get rich quick is taking a guru seminar and putting the exact same techniques into play. Just because a guru tells you how to do something doesn't mean you are going to get the results they promise.

Look at this as a business, like selling peaches, cleaning houses, fixing cars. Approach it like any other business, you have a product, you need to let potential customers know about your product, come up with 50 ways to do it and a couple of them will work for you.

Marketing works but if everyone is doing the same thing you can't expect results any better then you are getting now.

You might want to read the site's rules before posting, so you don't run into problems.

Here is the link to the rules since you missed them when you first came on board.
