Has anyone heard of this company? They have a database of investors that will joint partner with a "reseracher" on a purchase of property via short sale. It cost $10,000 to become a lifetime member as a reseracher and $10,000 to become an investor. The researcher locates the property and the investor provides the financing, and then they split the profits.
