The Best Way To Structure The Investor Agent Relationship
My buddy who is the backer or investor (or has investors he works with )wants me (the agent who solicits the deed holder) to form some kind of partnership.
I wonder if this is the best. I have no money and if something goes wrong and I don't want to be liable.
So what is the best "relationship"
