%that A Conventional Gets Conveyed Back To Fannie Mae?
We have a property where the Fannie Mae is the investor on a conventional loan. Can anyone tell me the % that a property gets conveyed back to Fannie Mae after a foreclosure? Is it like FHA which is 82% of FMV? Knowing this helps with our strategy. Thanks!
