Just wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude to this site and all of the feedback I've recieved from my posts. Before I found this site, I had no idea what a Short Sale was, and I had just heard about wholesaling.
Yesteday I took the day off to get some work done on a deal that I'm working. I went to the courthouse and found the "Glenn Gary Leads" Lis Pendens.
We wrote them all down, went to three of the homes, knocked on the door, spoke with the owner and she was real eager to do business. We told her that we had to gather some more info before we locked her in, but it looks like it'll be a good deal if we can aquire the home at the right price.
The progress that I've made since I've found this site has been incredible. My succuess is yours as well.
Hopefully I'll be able to tell my employer to kiss my @#$% sooner than I thought!!!!
