I JUST PULL OUT MY 17 SHORT SALES FILES FROM THEM, (THEY SAID THEY HAD MAGIC ON THE NEGOTIATIONS THEMSELVES, BUT THAT IS A LIE, THEY SURRENDED MY FILES TO A LAWYER WITHOUT TELLING ME , I SPOKE WITH THE LAWYER AND HE SAID THER IS NO WAY TO DISCOUNT TO THE AMOUNT THEY WANT TO GET 70% AFTER REPAIRS ARV)THEY ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF PARTNERING WITH YOU IN SHORT SALES DEALS THEY ARE JUST PROMISES AND A SCAM, THEY JUST WANT TO INVOLVED PEOPLE ON A TRAINING AND MAKE EASY MONEY BY A SUBSCRIPTION. AND BLA BLA BLA BLA.....
Once you are under contract you can ask the realtor to take the sign down or put an "under contract" sticker on it.
