SS Package, What Does It Consist Of? Please
Hi Xperts,,
Im a newbie at this RE Investing thing, currently I am working on a L/O deal but came across a seller in Pre-Forclosure. I know a little about the SS side of investing and with the type of courage I possess Im willing to jump in head first, so I need you guys to pls aswer this question for me, it will be of great help in my persuit. What does a Short Sale package consist of? Without this info I'm sure I can't begin the process. Any and all expert answers will be GREATLY appreciated.

Also the only fix up this house needs is maybe some carpeting. $105,000 FMV and seller owes $78,000.
Give me all the info you can give, I really would appreciate it.

If you can pick it up for 78k and only have to put carpet in and can sell for 105k, I don't think I'd even worry about trying to short sale. You can make $25k without doing much at all.

"future billionaire" now thats not an easy name to live up to.
i suggest buying a starter course on ebay or the short sale pro's in the products section.
this is my billion dollar advice, buy a course or learn every thing you can about short sales before you try to go out and do one.
of course you dont have to listen to my advice.
