joel, raj, enormous, dmitri ... please don't ban me for the blatant post (i understand if you must lock it), but this one is so close to foreclosing, tci realty may not move fast enough. i don't have the money or paperwork (knowlege) to make the short in time and help this lady.
bird dog at work here! i have a lead in philadelphia (montgomery county) that should be an excellent candidate for a short sale. anyone interested?
i have all details and research on it, i tried to sub-to it and she was willing, but she has backpayments that i just can't swing. house is appraised at 220k; back payments 45k and taxes owed 20K.

try talking to the lender and see if they will talk some money today, stop the forclosure and add what is owed in back payments to the backend of the mortgage.
neb, do you think this is feasible? i can say, i've never even heard of them taking "some" money, especially on MY credit. i doubt they'd .. u kno what ... who cares, i'll try anyway - can't hurt. i hate to see this prop go by the wasteside.
