Silly FHA Question....
I understand FHA requires the homeowners to reside in the home all the way to sale for an approved SS. if both husband and wife are on the gov backed mortgage and they separate by one leaving the house prior to approval, does this dissolve the FHA guidelines to a SS and in turn fall short to an approved SS?

If the property is the primary residence for one of the owners/mortgagors, that's good enough.
