Short Sale

Can someone point me in the right direction? Iam looking for information on short sales from start to finish. Is there such a book?

Thanks for your reply, I have done some searchs and really havnt found what im looking for. Do know of any kit,programs, or reading material by name that would be helpful for me.

Jeff kaller has some good material on short sells. So does Dwan Bent Twyford and Sharon Restrepo. They are pricey, but pretty much a soap to nuts.

Thank you all for your replies, I just bought a book by Thomas J. Lucier and seems to have alot of info and forms ect. Anyone have feed back him? Or have info on where find this other to this other info?

You ask the foreclosing lawyer for a payoff. You follow the instructions on the payoff letter. Paying off a loan in full has nothing to do with the loss mitigation department.
