Short Sale
Ok Guy and Gals, My second question: I have a possible short sale in michigan. The homeowner was in 13 until March. Chase Manhattan Mortgage filed a notice of presentment, dismissing the 13 with a 180 day bar to refiling any bankruptcy. How do I proceed with this short sale? Do I need to contact the trustee or go directly to Chase for the short sale?
