Nope, but I was offered a job a few years back working for their Northeast division.

SN Servicing Corporation engages in the acquisition and management of distressed mortgage loans. They began operations in 1987 with the acquisition of the mortgage loan portfolio of a failed financial institution in Anchorage, Alaska. In the years since, SN Servicing Corporation has enjoyed nationwide expansion: The company has acquired more than 850 distressed portfolios with a UPB of more than $3 billion dollars

Despite what might be pitched elsewhere, this isn't a cookie cutter technique. Each scenario has to be evaluated with respect to the particulars of that unique situation.

I would certainly ascertain the subject's as-is FMV. Once you have determined that value, and can defend it against scrutiny... you are ready to make your offer.

The lower their perception of value... the more reasonable your request will seem.
Reasonable requests are afforded more consideration than outrageous, lowball, and unrealistic offers.
