Short Sale With Chase

I'm new to short sales but i have had two short sales approved. One of which is through chase. To be honest with you, the only problem I had was that Chase needs to see your title report and needs to communicate with your closing people( via fax) before releasing the acceptance letter. It took them about a month to respond, but once they did, they were on the ball with communication. If you email me, I'll give you the contact info for the loss mitagator that worked with me. She is a real sweet person.
