Short Sale - Timing
How much time do you need for a short sale? FOr instance, I have couple leads that will be auctioned off in like two weeks and they are short sale candidates. Do I have enough time to complete the short sale? Is there a rule of thumb for timing on a short sale?

use the time constraint to your advantage. assemble the best possible proposal in the shortest amount of time... and ask that your proposal be given immediate and expedited consideration.
