Short Sale Paper Work.
I am just getting started in short sales. The response to my mailing has been great . I have 4 different people I am working with now. I am having problems keeping up with all the peper work and asking all the right Questions ( Iknow experience will teach me) but does any one have a "system,scrit,list "to stay orginized with . I am coming and going with these papers and stumbling over myself .can anyone help . Thanks Tracy Mills
Before you "started" in short sales... how did you organize your projects? What was/is your profession?
I have been rehabbing as a subcontractor for other investors . Tired of making other people money. now I am working with short sales and Lease www.options.I am trying to get my short sales down to a rythm of sorts Should my first contact with bank be with relese and cantract ...ETC or should I send relese and kind of feel out the rep in loss mitigation. finding a lot of deals to "Practice on " I am tring everyone of them just for the experience .
