Short Sale Help
I need some information on doing a short sale we have a house that is in foreclosure. We have been trying to sale for 1 1/2 and have had no offers. A great aunt has offered to buy this home because it is family land. How do we go about presenting this for a short sale? Who do we contact besides the bank? Is there a package? We cannot afford a lawyer. HELP!!!
