Short Sale - Beginner Guidance Please
I am not new to investing but new to the whole short sale concept. Does anyone know where I can find some good information for a beginner pertaining to short sales? I have many deals coming in that seem like short sale scenarios but not sure how to tell exactly and how to proceed.
For example, one guy has mortgage for 200,000 property is worth about 230,000 and 3-4 months behind in mortgage payments. How would I proceed and anywhere I can go to learn/read more on what to do and how it works from beginnng to end?

This site has some good products for sale. You could spend some time reading thru the various posts.... discount the ones which are not in accord with your moral compass, and embrace those which make sense. Google is a wonderful tool. Google "short sales"
