Respect From....loss Mitigation ?
hello all I am working on a short sale for a friend who is going through a divorce, i had him sign the information release form stating that all information is to go through me which was fine in the begining but he is still getting calls. i do consulting also and i run into this from time to time but is there anyway that i can enforce it. and has anyone had this problem.
