Referral System For Out Of State Leads
Hi:
I advertise on the web all of the time and occasionally receive leads from out of state. Do you guys know of a referral service that I can use to get into contact with investors in certain states? I would advertise here, but I don't want to be put in jail. Any suggestions? I have tried the internet, but it would be great if I had a lead for a company who has had great results. My main concern is getting taken advantage of because I am dealing with an out of state investor.

Nope, but I would like to know, too! I've been getting out of state leads on my website, and just don't have the systems in place yet to deal with them effectively. I would like to give the leads to some fellow investors.
