Question On Repair Estimates
Can anyone reccomend a good way to get some repair estimates for work needing to be done?
I have 3 properties that I am trying to work out a SS on and I need estimates for:
Paint, Carpet, Broken Windows, Junk Removal, Bathroom Repairs, & Possibly some vinyl work.
How do you approach contractors when you dont even know if you will buy the home? Also I have heard that it is better to get multiple estimates as well, I assume that you need multiple contractors.
Any suggestions as to where to find someone, and how to appraoch the situation with possibly multiple estimates and no work?
