Hi will Well Fargo Bank will start the short sale process without a proof of funds letter,if it was requested with short sale package?
And where is the best place to go to for a net sheet or hud-1 that I can learn to do myself?

Hello, I am in a situation where we need to do a short sale because we can no longer afford our home. Any help with someone who is familiar with doing a short sale with Novastar and if we arent deliquent can this still be done. We really need to get out of this home before is destroys our credit. Any information would be appreciated.
what is your situation?
Do you have a hardship or is the loan going into default?
To do a short sale with Novastar you need someone to purchase the house and work with ou and Novastar.
If you want to give the particulars on the property ie where located, amount owed current financial arrears of property and any other pertinent info you may get some help from this discussion board.
My experience with Novarstar was really good.

you can use self directed iras to purchase property, for the purpose of building a retirement nest.
