Paper Work For Second Mortgage?
Hi,
I am working with an owner in need of short sale. My question is if the second agrees to short sale. What is the paper work involved? Do I just fax them an offer "I offer to buy your loan, bla bla bla"? Can someone give a quick sample of the offer?
