Ocwen Loss Mit #
I know Ocwen seems to be the worst, but nothing bad can come from trying. Seller is upside down and I have some good low comps. Anyone have a number for Loss Mit, it's a sisyphean ordeal trying to get a person on the phone.
Those darn Ocwen boys have been "out of the office" lately with all the hurricanes down in Florida. We put in an offer on a foreclosure they have at the end of Aug and are still waiting to hear back. We finally got a message from them last week that we should hear back the middle of October. I guess they don't want to sell it that bad.
