Rick, you can usually find them on a state or a county site but the best way to get them is to just go to the courthouse or the townhall and look them up yourself. There are so many other investors out there that it probably will not be worth your time to search websites and other 2nd or even 3rd party sources. Your best bet might even be bandit signs becasue you usually get the people that have not had a LSP filed on them yet. This is what i do and it works well. Thanks, Ryan
