New SS Record.

As SSP says, SS's are not always the quickest way to make a buck. Just completed one last Friday that took 7 months. You've got to have patience if you strategy is going to be SS's. :-D :-D

Plus I had to make a $1K payment against a $9K back child support lien so the court would release it against the property.

I'm part real estate investor and social worker.

Terrific... and congratulations. Bet you learned a lot, too. Experience is the best teacher.

LOL..Curious, how did you end up convincing the courts it was best to release a child support jdgmnt? This was my first succesful strike with court mandates..

    Pat--
I should write a book on this one. It was a mess. The house was selling today on the court steps. I told the court their client could get $1K last week or nothing at the auction. Sad thing was the current wife was on the hook for the behind mortgage and she absoutley knew nothing about the behind child support lien against her house. The only reason her husband was tied to the house which allowed the lien to be attached was the community property laws.

I drink beer and I drank a lot of it late into the evening last Friday. :-D :-D In fact, the contact at BOA who I had worked with on this case said we'd toast in celebration.

Let me know if you need any help on your case
