New Guy On The Block!
Hi everyone I am new in the real estate business I am trying to get started with contract flypping but I don't know where to begin. I have been reading alot of books on real estate like carlton sheets etc but I guess I am a little cold feet. Can anyone tell me if there is a good real estate club in NYC I could join?
