Net Sheet Anyone?
hi, i am doing a deal right now and and i talked to loss mit. and they told me what i needed to send them. they told me i could send either a hud 1 prelim. or a net sheet. i think i want to send some kind of net sheet. im guessing that it just has to basically state some numbers. the problem is, is that im not sure exactly what it should look like. i was wondering is somebody could show me and example of one they have made on excel or anything i could use as a guide. thanks for your help, Ryan
They are mostly concerned with what money goes where and to make sure the seller receices zero.
I use a HUD1 but for time sake I may make an excel spreadsheet at some point in the future.
I don't really have anymore help for you other than stop worry about the forms and "just do it". Don't have a netsheet? Use a hud1 for now.

myfrogger, I spent a long time trying to fill out a Hud 1 and i got so mad at it i stopped doing it. i dont understnd it. even with directions. i feel that all i need to do is send them what im offering. why a stupid Hud 1? i tried using www.myhud1.com. when i push create it gives me all these crazy numbers that it adds up. thanks,Ryan
