Negotiating With Junior Lien Holders
I hav a property that I'm going to buy sub2 and bring the arrears current.
There's currently 4 junior liens against the property, each for about 10k each. One is a hospital, the other 3 I'm not quite sure yet what they are.
What successful strategies have people used (ie phone, letter, etc) to negotiate the relief of such junior liens?
Thanks in advance, the foreclosure date is March 9th, so I don't have much time.
