I think this would be a fun and rewarding, as well as profitable business. Does anyone do this, or know of any companies that do, as well as their success? If there are 4 a day, or 120 a month just in my county, there should be tens of thousands per month nationwide. Many of which are going unnoticed. I would imagine mass solicitation, as well as a small call center would be needed. When finding a potential deal, a local Realtor would become your local hand.

Any thoughts?

    (CA puts both the broker and agents name on all forms)?

    Have the BOR act as both.
