My Friend Needs Help Please Advise
A friend of mine is behind on his mortgage. I think they are about to forclose on his home. I was wondering who he could contact that could help him out. I know that sometimes investors can buy the home from the bank prior to the foreclosure process starting and pay the owner some of his equity as an alternative to losing the home all together. I believe the term for that is a short sale?
His property is located in Florida.
