LP Preforeclosure HUD1
I know a lady that has received a number of LPs from the bank theathening foreclosure. I am willing to help out this lady by offering a short sale to the mortgage company. I spoke to the mortgage company and they have sent me a package. I need to fill out the HUD-1 form. How do I fill this form out?

You need to have a Realtor, your attorney or closing agent fill out the proposed HUD-1 the first few times you do one.
After that, you should be able to do them yourself.
