My suggestion is for you to find investors in your area by attending a meeting for your local real estate investors association.

What kind of investors work are you trying 2 do? your local RE clubs would be your best bet to findsomeone. Also, check the "we buy houses" add in the paper. those are usually investors who love a helping hand.
