I have heard of it. I am sure it will be worth it. You might want to check one of our own members products on this site.
    TheShortsalesprop has an outstanding product.

I have purchased two e-books. The Short Sale Primer, and Making Money with Short Sales. While I thought that the primer had good content it was nowhere near as organized and cohesive. I especially appreciated the example forms that came with the other book.

I have two deals in the pipeline and have been looking for more. More importantly than what course you use, be sure to have a system to follow and build your team of resources that you will need during the process. You will be able to close more deals this way.

    Good Luck with your investments

Last year, when I first joined this terrific Site, I recognised that many readers had purchased some expensive materials... or had attended intensive seminars to learn the art of short sale acquisition... but still had basic questions. The Primer was devised to address those questions while providing a fundamental understanding (give a hungry man a fish and he'll have a meal, but teach him how, when, and where to fish... and he'll always have food) to the short sale process from the mortgagee's perspective, the homeowner's perspective, and the Speculative Investor's perspective.

Thanks for the Info so far. This product is sold on this site so I was hoping that soneone else had bought it and could comment on its content. Also I do have a good team so far. An honest and capable Agent, a great RE attorney and a good escrow company that I have delt with in the past. I just need a guide to reference for the first few deals. SSPro I almost bought the Primer however I was't sure how clear it was going to be on the subject of writing the contract and getting the deed. Thanks All. Shaun
