Letter To Lender Requesting Short Sale
I spoke with the 2nd lien holder and requested a short sale package. He told me to just fax him a letter stating why he should accept the short sale and any supporting documents that I wanted to include. I already have some ideas how to build and present my case. Does anyone have any sample letters?
