What lenders give the option to buy the note along with shortsales?

there should be stains on the wood floors, or, on the back of the carpet.... turn over a section of carpet that you know to be soiled.... and imply that when the heat is turned on, it will stink. Leave a few empty bottles of enzyme pet odor eliminator to make it seem thgat great lengths were taken to mask/disguise the odor.
Make the home airtight and trap whatever smell is there. You might try using some Amonia in a bucket as a cleaning agent (in a discreet corner). Very similar smell.
