Just Wasting Time?
this guy responded to one of my mailers; he bought the house last August, made 1 pmt, now in FC. He just wants out. Subject to was ruled out because the mo pmts include escrows and PMI and PPP. Also an adjustable. Chances for a ss are slim I think (due to PMI & practically 1st pmt default). Any ideas on what to do with/for this guy?
