Jennie Mae
Can someone explain the difference between Fannie Mae and Jennie Mae? I have a first mortgage SS that I am working and was told the investor is Jennie Mae. I know the Fannie Mae thresholds but not Jennie Mae. Can someone help on this? Thanks.

USAA is not a government related lender, although their membership is limited to active and former military personnel. Therefore, there should be nothing different from dealing with any other lender.
