IRS Tax Lien
does the 120 day right of redemption for for the IRS after a trustee sale also apply to short sales ? I have a possible deal but not sure if I can get around the 300k in federal tax liens . any input would be greatly appreciated .
That is what I thought, I had my frined post that question just in case I was missing something but I figured it was probably only after the sale.
