How To Ethically Influence The BPO
Does anyone have suggestions on how to ethically influence the BPO.
I have a deal I am offering 395,000 for a house that has a 646,000 mortgage. It needs repairs and basically the books show it would get toasted at trustee sale at that amount.
But I am hearing that banks are showing resistance with offering discounts and some of them are just flat out saying no even though fair offers are coming in.
I think the BPO has a alot to due with this any ideas!
