How To Convince Seller To SS
I met a seller who appears to be a perfect candidate for a ss. He owes more than the house is worth and he still wants to walk away with money. How do I convince him to ss and end up with no money? He refinanced a couple of years ago and pulled out 100K. The house is in a state of disrepair (ugly house). Thank you. :-?
