Homes For SS Opportunities
I realize this is a broad question. However, SS are best when there is no equity in a property. What are your thoughts on the following types of properties and the opportunities to SS?
- Home 5 yrs old or less, little or no equity, only cosmetic repairs, clean/safe neighborhood
- Home 1 yr old or less, no equity, needs no repairs, nice neighborhood
- Home, any age, no equity, needs no repairs, nice neighborhood
My question is are well conditioned homes in good neighborhoods too much of a battle with the banks?
How do you get the bank to see it as a good deal when the house is pretty. I am in the same situation. I am running into houses with no equity, but are pretty.
