High BPO
When there is a extremely high BPO (as is appraisal) is it uncommon to request a second BPO?
Of course it would be probably be at my expense but that is not a problem.
The property needs about 25,000 - 30,000 in repairs.
The BPO came back at 95,000. The after repair value they are saying is about 125,000.
Most of the homes in the area sold for about 105,000 - 115,000.
