Help Foreclosure Question
I am new to short sales and foreclosures. I am working with two people I sent letters to before they got served at the door. They both called me about the papers saying they need to file an answer. How do they file an answer and what do they say??

Brenda, which papers are you reffering to? The owner usually gets an NOD and then NTS, and there is no need to answer those.
I would use the opportunity to meet with them, figure out their intentions with the property, try to purchase the property, and refer them to a good attorney to file the paperwork.
You don't want to practice law without being an attorney!
